Tim was born and raised in Roseville, California, where he currently resides with his wife Christine and three children. Tim was involved in athletics while in high school where he played baseball, football, and was also on the high school Rodeo team. After graduating Roseville High School, Tim went on to college to prepare for his current job as an Engineer/Paramedic for Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District. Tim has been in the Fire and EMS field for 13 years now.
Tim is an avid sportsman who has enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping since a very young age. "I would follow my dad and brother while they hunted and when I was old enough, I began hunting big game with them." Back in high school Tim began waterfowl hunting and now, dedicates the majority of his time to this intense passion. Tim is involved with California Waterfowl Association as a Life Member and Camp Counselor at Waterfowl Kids Camp. He also helped his brother with a Wood Duck nesting project in the Butte Sink.
When not in the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping with his family and friends you can find Tim watching and/or helping out with his children's school and sports activities. Tim is an active participate in AKC retriever field trials and hunt test as well as active in the Sacramento Valley Retriever Club.
Tim was the driving force behind the WWIA's 2009 duck hunt in California, a first-ever event; one that was impeccably planned and flawlessly executed. Thanks to Tim and his family and friends, this amazing event was a true highlight of the WWIA fall season. As a result of his accomplishments, Tim was asked to become a WWIA Associate, a position he humbly accepted.
