Growing up in a small town along the shores of Lake Erie, faith, hard work and the power of the outdoors got me to where I am today.
While growing up, I enjoyed the hills and streams of western Pennsylvania where I spent many memorable days hunting Whitetail and fishing the trout streams with family. After recently retiring from a 33 year career in the fire service, I found myself still busy with the electrical contractor company I own and operate. However, I am not too busy to find the time to volunteer and help others!
I am now blessed to hunt the Whitetail of southern Ohio with friends that are like family to me. When asked in 2012 to get involved with WWIA, I jumped in with both feet and I have loved every moment since. I did not serve in the military, but I am proud of family and friends who have. I am truly honored to be asked to be an Associate of the Wounded Warrior in Action Foundation. I hope to continue to bring awareness to WWIA and serve our Heroes who deserve so much for the dedication and sacrifices they have made for me and this wonderful land we call home.
