At the Wounded Warriors in Action Foundation (WWIA), our mission to Honor, Connect, and Heal America’s Purple Heart Heroes is fueled in part by the incredible generosity of communities and supporters across the nation. One of the most impactful ways people come together to champion this cause is through fundraising events.
WWIA fundraisers provide opportunities to honor our Heroes, celebrate patriotism, and further our mission. There are a variety of ways you or your friends can get involved and help fundraise. You are only limited by your imagination….whether it’s hosting a banquet, golf tournament, wild game dinner, 5k charity race, fishing tournament, conduct a raffle or auction, charity bingo, bake sale, t-shirt sales, etc., each fundraiser directly supports our operations and events. These fundraisers enable us to offer world-class, therapeutic and adaptive outdoor sporting adventures, advanced leadership development, and life-changing educational opportunities for Purple Heart recipients.
