Kaitlan Zayas

Kaitlan serves as WWIA’s Donor Relations Specialist, where she oversees donor acknowledgments, communications, and stewardship. She also handles the marketing and advertising efforts for the Combined Federal Campaign, creating impactful campaigns that share WWIA’s mission with audiences nationwide.

Kaitlan is deeply dedicated to WWIA’s mission, taking pride in building meaningful relationships with donors and ensuring they feel appreciated and connected to the foundation and a part of the mission to Honor. Connect and Heal our Purple Heart Veterans. Her passion for helping others is matched by her enthusiasm for storytelling and visual design.

With over 15 years of experience in the multimedia industry including: branding, marketing, video and photo production, and graphic design, Kaitlan brings both creativity and strategy to her work. She spent six years as a Unit Production Manager for commercial video production and multilevel marketing campaigns, earning five Telly Awards and two ADDY Awards.

A caring and creative spirit with a bubbly personality, Kaitlan is both a physical and digital artist who loves to paint and craft while sipping on artisan teas. She lives with her husband and their two fur babies—Jiji the cat and Sophie the dog.
