This experience was extremely rewarding. I was able to meet some new guys that had the same issues I had. The organization was very motivated to make sure that we all had our itineraries and connected to the host. The WWIA was also very organized and was able to put together a great plan. Much thanks to Corrina. The Host was very welcoming, and the hunt overall was a complete success, even though I wasn’t able to get anything. The overall experience for me was very therapeutic and much needed to get away from the daily grind of civilian life. The Host could relate to us, as he also had a below knee amputee. I cannot express in words how much it means to me. Thank you WWIA staff and Host.
