Event Name: WI Summer Muskie
This was my first ever event with WWIA; for me it came right in time. After 17 years of being in the Army National Guard, I’m seeking a medical retirement. It’s hard getting out and missing the comradery. I had a fantastic time talking with the hosts, guides and other veterans. After two days of casting massive musky lures, I didn’t land a musky but had a couple follow into the boat. The hosts Dave and Joel did a fantastic job guiding and had top of the line equipment. Both guys were extremely dedicated to the sport and interested in my story. I really appreciate this Foundation and its members and can’t believe how much they do for our Purple Heart vets. Thank you so much.
