So, 10 or 10+ years ago, my brother had this vision. We were all supportive, but no one knew how this vision would play out. I have always been in the “back office” with the paperwork. This is my very first WWIA event. Amazing! I have heard about it, the camaraderie, the friendships that form, the mutual giving. But never could I have imagined the experience “in action.” Thank you, Julie and Brad, for the invitation, thank you to our Heroes, thank you to my new friends, and thank you, dearest brother.
