From the time I was contacted about this event it was nothing perfect. Meeting all the staff and other hunters has been one of the best times I’ve had in a long while. Over the years I have begun to think that people have forgotten about the men and women that protect our great country. Not only the staff of WWIA but the other people I’ve gotten to know this week has made me realize they have not forgotten. I very proud to be a part of this event. Knowing that people care and want to support our men and women is awesome. Thank you is not enough words. The morning after the dinner, I was very humbled and moved by the generosity of everyone at the dinner. Speaking with everyone has given me a new outlook on our great country. We have hope as a nation. This is a great town with outstanding people. I am proud to be a part of it and call you all friends.
