This was my first time being on an event to help out and not be the WWIA Guide and I really enjoyed helping out and being a part of he event in that way. This is my third year attending this awesome event and I can’t over-emphasize how absolutely special this place is. It is rare that I have a connection to a place, and I feel as though my life was kind of missing something until I started coming here. Even though we are roughing it in tents, enduring extreme weather (24-90 degrees), cactus, dryness, and wet downpours, it all just makes it worth it in the end . You feel accomplished whether you are successful in bagging a deer or not. Hunting with Greg was awesome. Getting to take him to my most favorite place to hunt (The Wall) was an amazing experience. This was a hunt I will never forget. I can’t thank the Sacrison family, all the landowners, the great guides and volunteers enough. They make a great team in making this event what it is. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
