I hope this finds you and the rest of WWIA doing well. I want to take a moment to thank you for the incredible event that you allowed me to participate in over the past few days. Our host Scott is an incredible human and served the warriors who had the privilege of attending with honor and extreme love for our sacrifices and service to our country. He made us feel welcomed and like we were a part of his extended family. It was heartwarming to see that there are members of our community that go above and beyond in serving us. I am truly humbled by being selected and allowed to participate in such an epic event. I have never experienced catching such big fish and numerous species to boot. I can’t thank you and everyone involved with WWIA for the energy and dedication you put into making this happen. I also want to tell you that the WWIA guide Gabe was incredible. He was selfless and helped me feel comfortable from the very start. He communicated well before, during, and after the event. He is something special. I just am so thankful and humbled by this entire trip. It came at the right time in my life for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
