First off, this event with WWIA far exceeded my expectations. It was such an amazing, relaxing, fun group of people and fellow veterans. It is hard for me to let other people spoil me and make me feel valued and special. I have always told people to go on these trips because I am not as bad off as someone else. This has opened my eyes to the fact that it is okay to let people say thanks for my service. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and grateful that I came. Rock and his crew were awesome. To the fishing guides, you were awesome and I appreciate the time you donated to take me fishing and putting me on the biggest red fish. The food and lodging were a class act. Well done guys.
