I genuinely appreciated this weekend. The hunting, the hosts and the food were all top notch. First time that I have ever been quail hunting and it was a blast, literally. It is always nice to be around other vets with very similar circumstances, so you know that you are not alone with all of the crap we deal with after combat. I will finish with this; I have mulled over for years what to say when someone thank me for my service. To all of you I say thank you for being someone worth serving for.
