What an unbelievable outing with fellow Warriors. The bonding with fellow veterans, our guides, sponsors, and volunteers was incredible. From our trip from the airport with Phil and Justin to meeting Scott and everyone else and the staff that took care of feeding us, to many to mention. Now, a big shout out to my guide Bill, we developed a special bond out on the water hunting, the elusive muskie.  The fishing was great, but just enjoying the scenery of the water and surrounding landscape and being in the present was better. We talked at length, but then we would go quiet, reflecting on what our conversations meant. This trip quieted the “static” in my head where I could just relax and be at peace. Bill was patient and trained me up as best he could and on our first day out we caught a 41” Muskie, on the second day a 43” Muskie.  It was something to work with Bill as a team and bring them on board. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this such an awesome trip.
