I’m leaving today, and I feel sad to be going. It has been an extreme experience, but I am at a loss to be sitting here looking for the words to describe all the emotions I’m feeling. At first, I wondered what an event such as this would turn out to be. Muskie fishing is something new to me, I never really fished for anything, but this entire trip has been an adventure. Physically and emotionally. WWIA, you have increased my feelings to a level that is beyond what I’ve experienced in a very, very long time, well done, WWIA. Thank you and hopefully you people will be able to continue helping us vets way into the future. “Thanks” is too simple a word to pass onto your organization, and I’m not going to say goodbye either. I am here should I be needed to help you all in the future. Just call if you need me!
